JASWANT SINGH, J (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.904 dated 14.11.2015 under Sections 420,120-B,468 IPC, 66 of Information and Technology Act and 7/7/13/49/88 of Prevention of Corruption Act registered at Police Station City Jind, District Jind.

Along with the petition, an application bearing CRMM-2668 of 2016 has been filed seeking amendment of the head note and the prayer clause of the petition as also for placing on record Annexure P.5.
