The present petition has been preferred by the petitionerhusband against an order granting ad interim maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the trial has virtually concluded and the matter is now fixed for 10.07.2023 and that he does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, prays that the Trial Court be directed to conclude the matter expeditiously. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection to the same.
