(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.46 dated 16.01.2016 registered under Section 365 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal, District Karnal. Vide order dated 28.02.2017 the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court for recording their statements with regard to the settlement arrived at between the parties. The trial Court vide its report dated 12.05.2017 has submitted that after recording the statements of the parties the compromise is found to be genuine.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Hari Kishan, submits that a cancellation report has already been submitted on 10.05.2017.

Since, the cancellation report has already been submitted and the parties have entered into a compromise, no further action is required in the matter.

Disposed of accordingly.
