ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.57 dated 10.10.2017 registered under Sections 451, 380, 323, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Mehal Kalan, District Barnala (Annexure P2) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the report submitted by the police under Section 173 Cr.P.C., a cancellation is recommended. It is further submitted that the same is now pending before the Illaqa Magistrate.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file afresh petition in case any adverse order is passed.
