H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have since joined the investigation and that the injury attributed to petitioner No.1 Anoop Kaur, is simple in nature, which seat of injury being leg, whereas no injury has been attributed to petitioner No.2 - Kashmir Kaur.
This fact is conceded by the State counsel, contending that as a result of enquiry which was conducted by DSP, Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, petitioner No.1 Anoop Kaur has been found to be innocent and that the petitioners are not required by the police for the purpose of further investigation.
The interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 23.6.2017 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition in that way is allowed.
