**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Respondent No. 4 in connivance with respondent No. 5 and 6 kidnapped the petitioner by giving some intoxicant in the cold drink and thereafter, respondent No. 4 committed rape upon thereafter. Further respondent No. 4 clicked some objectionable photographs of the petitioner. Petitioner was then taken to gurudwara by respondent No. 4 after giving some intoxicant in cold drink and solemnized marriage with her.

The precise grievance of petitioner is that her life and liberty be protected from the private respondents, as now they are threatening the petitioner and her family members with dire consequences and pressurizing the petitioner to compromise the GAURAV ARORA 2016.07.18 15:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-23493 of 2016 matter. A representation (P-1) in this regard is also pending with the police.
