***** KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.72 dated 2.5.2017 registered under Sections 279, 337, 338, 427 IPC (Section 304-A IPC added later) at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was on regular bail but he absented on 12.11.2021 and consequently his bail bonds and surety bonds were cancelled and he was ordered to be summoned through non-bailable warrants and as such the petitioner is apprehending his arrest.
All the aforestated offences are bailable offences. In view of the matter, present petition is hereby disposed of with direction to the GAURAV SOROT 2022.04.07 16:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
( 2 ) CRM-M-14729-2022 petitioner to appear before the trial Court on or before the next date fixed there and on his appearance, he is directed to be released on regular bail by the Court concerned subject to his furnishing fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of the said Court.
Till appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court, he is hereby granted interim protection.
