The substantive prayer made in the appeal reads thus: 'It is therefore, respectfully prayed that the appeal of the Appellant may kindly be allowed and the impugned order dated 20.02.2026 may kindly be set aside and the Appellant may kindly be released on regular bail in case of FIR No. 521 dated 28.12.2025 registered under Sections 110, 115 (2), 117 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Old Sections 308,323,325 IPC) and Sections 3 (1) (R) & 3 (2) (va) of the SC & ST Act, Police Station Ladwa, District Kurukshetra, during the pendency of the trial, in the interest of justice.'
