**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Prayer in this petition is for quashing the FIR No.275 dated 11.12.2017, registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Karnail Singh, submits that vide judgment dated 05.08.2019, the petitioner has already been convicted and thus, the present petition has become infructuous.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.

However, it is made clear, that in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would be at liberty to move an application for revival of the present petition.
