(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioners, namely, Resham Singh alias Kalu and Gurwinder Singh alias Ginda, in a case arising from FIR No.57 dated 07.04.2017 under Section 379-B(2) IPC registered at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from H.C. Balwinder Singh, states that this petition has rendered infructuous as the petitioners have already been released on bail on 8.8.2017. Dismissed as infructuous.
