**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0032 dated 12.5.2017, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Women Police Station, Chandigarh.
The matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Terms of the agreement have also been received. Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 23.6.2017 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
