It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 31.01.2024 (Annexure P1) passed in CWP-25279-2018 titled as "Darshna Devi Vs. State of Haryana & Others", has not been complied with till date.

Learned counsel for the respondents refutes the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and submits that vide order dated 31.03.2025, it has been directed that:- "In compliance of the abovesaid direction of the Hon'ble High Court, The service of Sh. Ishwar Prakash Beldar has been considered on daily wages basis w.e.f. 01.04.1987 to 30.9.2003 vide this office order no.MCR/OS/2024/7210-18 dated 14.12.2024. Accordingly, the difference of DCRG ( i.e. 16660 plus

10662/- interest) amounting to Rs. 27322 has been paid to Smt. Darshna Devi.

All other benefit i.e. leave encashment, revision of pension, family pension etc shall be paid accordingly." 3.

It is submitted that even thereafter, vide order No.MCR/CMC/2025/3008 dated 28.04.2025, it is directed as follows:- "In compliance of the abovesaid direction of the Hon'ble High Court, The service of Sh. Ishwar Prakash Beldar has been considered on daily wages basis w.e.f. 01.04.1987 to 30.9.2003 vide this office order no.MCR/OS/2024/7210-18 dated 14.12.2024. Accordingly, the difference of DCRG ( i.e. 16660 plus 10662/- interest) amounting to Rs. 27322 has been paid to Smt. Darshna Devi. No other benefits i.e. revision of salary/Pension is admissible.

I pass order accordingly."

It is accordingly submitted that nothing more remains to be paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents further points out that even on the last two dates, the petitioner has been directed by this Court to submit his calculations in case he is aggrieved of the aforesaid orders dated 31.03.2025 and 28.04.2025. However, no such calculation has been submitted till date. It is submitted that in case the petitioner still has any grievance, he may submit a representation to the concerned authorities and the respondents shall look into it, as per law. 6.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be issued in the matter. Present petition accordingly stands disposed of.
