(ORAL) Learned State counsel contends that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that cancellation report has been filed and the next date before the concerned Magistrate to deal with the cancellation report is 05.07.2019. The petitioner can raise his protest against the cancellation report before the Magistrate. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous.
