(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of appropriate order or direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate steps to arrest respondent No.4, who has been declared proclaimed offender vide order dated 15.07.2013 (Annexure P-2) in complaint case No.3309/2010 dated 06.07.2007 under Sections 182, 196, 211, 342, 452, 499, 500, 506 and 120-B IPC. Heard.

Respondent No.4 is directed to appear before the trial Court within a week and shall move appropriate applications for his bail and cancellation of order dated 15.07.2013 (Annexure P-2), whereby he has been declared proclaimed offender and shall be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction RAVINDER SINGH 2018.10.31 13:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document of trial Court.
