(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ashok Lal, Police Station Sadar, Phagwara, District Kapurthala submits that cancellation report in this case bearing FIR No. 74 dated 19.5.2016, under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC with Police Station Sadar Phagwara has been prepared for the second time and undertakes to file before the concerned court within one week from today. In the light of the same, the present matter has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
