The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 19.02.2024 (Annexure P-7) whereby his claim qua re-calculation of pension has been rejected.

This is second round of litigation. The petitioner, on the earlier occasion, filed CWP-8374-2015 before this Court which came to be disposed of vide order dated 07.08.2023.

The respondent in compliance of aforesaid order of this Court has passed impugned order dated 19.02.2024. The respondent has found that petitioner is getting correct amount of pension, however, he has been further advised to send papers through proper channel in case of further grievance. 4.

Faced with the fact that respondent has advised the petitioner to approach authorities with supporting documents, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw with liberty to approach authorities.
