Learned counsel for the petitioners also seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge notification dated 18.08.2008 and pursue the same. Learned counsel for the State raises no objection. Accordingly, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
