The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of FIR No.103 dated 26.5.2017 registered under Sections 354, 354-A & 509 IPC, Police Station West Sector 11, Union Territory, Chandigarh. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and a petition for quashing of the FIR on the ground of compromise has already been filed. Learned proxy counsel representing complainant has admitted the aforestated position. 3.

Accordingly the petition is accepted and the interim directions issued vide dated 23.6.2017 by this Court are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner would appear before Investigating Officer as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
