(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.116 dated 09.10.2023 registered at P.S. Cantt. Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. Upon advance notice, Mr. Kewal Singh, Addl. A.G. Punjab on instructions submits that investigation in the aforementioned FIR shall be concluded and final report shall be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate within a period of 4 weeks from today. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.
