The present contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of interim order dated 14.02.2019 passed in application moved in Court in CWP No.28379 of 2018. The relevant portion of the order is quoted below:- "

  #$ Reply filed by way of affidavit of Sanjeev Kumar Saharan, Executive Engineer, Siwani Water Services Division, Bhiwani. It has been pleaded that with regard to petitioner No.1 there were total 30 regular posts of Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator, out of which 6 employees were already working and 24 were recruited by the PANKAJ BAWEJA 2019.07.20 12:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Ciourt, Chandigarh

COCP No.1060 of 2019 -2Haryana Staff Selection Commission and hence there is no wilful disobedience of order passed by this Court. So for as petitioner No.2 is concerned, the reply is that petitioner No.2 is continuing in service. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that still there is grievance with regard to petitioner No.1 being relieved. In view of above discussion, no further interference is called for in the contempt petition.

The contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous. The petitioners would be at liberty to raise grievance, if any, in the main petition which is pending before this Court. The rule issued against the respondents is discharged. [AVNEESH JHINGAN] JUDGE July 18, 2019
