CRR-662-2022 (O&M) and connected cases KULDEEP TIWARI, J. (ORAL) 1.

When the present petitions came up for hearing before this Court on 27.08.2024, the petitioner's readiness and willingness to settle the dispute was expressed before this Court. However, since the petitioner was absent on the date of pronouncement of judgment of conviction by the learned appellate court concerned, therefore, this Court directed the petitioner's counsel to have instructions from the petitioner, as to on which date she will surrender before the learned trial Court concerned, so that thereafter, this Court could dispose of the instant petitions. Thereafter, on the subsequent dates of hearing, adjournments were sought on petitioner's behalf to enable her to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned. 2.

Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that, despite seeking time from this Court, neither the petitioner has surrendered before the learned trial Court concerned, nor has imparted any instructions to him.

3.

Since the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned trial Court and her counsel pleads no instructions, therefore, all the present petitions are dismissed for want of prosecution. 4.

Pending application(s) stand disposed of accordingly. 5.

A photocopy of this order be placed on file of each connected case.
