******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, submitting that the trial Court may be directed to decide the application dated 22.05.2018 at the earliest as the petitioner has to go abroad by 01.06.2018 and the trial Court has taken this application on record and fixed the next date as 24.07.2018 as by that time, this application will become infructuous.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial Court/ Court authorised by the District and Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, is, however, directed to take up application dated 22.05.2018 (Annexure P/5) on 31.05.2018 and dispose of the same on the same day or 01.06.2018.
