(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to accept the experience certificate dated 22.06.2012, Annexure P-6, of the petitioner and accordingly grant her marks for the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 13.11.2023, Annexure P-9, in a specified period.
