Vide order dated 24.05.2024 notices were issued to the parties and the appellants stood duly served. Though Mr. G.S. Bhatia, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, however, today he states that the appellants have not given him complete instructions and hence he is unable to assist the Court.

Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
