On a secret information a barricade was set up. A white Bolero was intercepted and while the petitioner-accused alongwith coaccused being occupants of the said vehicle were apprehended, they tried to flee by breaking the barricade.

At this stage,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
