(Oral) This is an application for pre arrest bail in C.No. COM1/2075 and Criminal Complaint No.250-1C-RBT-2012 dated 18.08.2012 , under Section 307 IPC and 25/54/59 of Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Dadri, District Bhiwani pending in the court of JMIC, Charkhi Dadri.

None has appeared on behalf of respondent No.2. Even on the last date that was the position. It seems that he does not want to oppose the bail petition.

In the circumstances, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner by the trial Court is confirmed. Since the main case has been decided, the Criminal Misc.Application, if any, stands disposed of. (AJAY TEWARI) December 08, 2015 JUDGE
