Mr. Dharamvir Bhargava, Advocate, for the complainant. ***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.')for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.345 dated 31.12.2020, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station, Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 09.04.2021 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, petitioner hasjoined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same. 3.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from ASI Tilak Raj submits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required and he has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 09.04.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
