RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against respondent No.5, who is trying and making an attempt to forcibly take away truck/vehicle of the petitioner. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner did not ever make any representation to any of the authorities, raising the above grouse. Thus, instant petition is frivolous.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
