The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. On 23.05.2024 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants and accordingly, notices were ordered to be issued to the appellants. As per the office report, appellants are reported to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellants. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
