ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. No one has been appearing on behalf of the appellant as well as the respondents. Vide order dated 31.10.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the Office report, the sole appellant and respondents No.3 and 4 have since died. Though respondents No.1, 2 and 5 stand served, however, no one has appeared on their behalf despite service. Respondent No.6 remains unserved due to incomplete address. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased appellant and respondents No.3 & 4. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
