Present appeal pertains to the year 1995. On 19.10.2023, since none appeared, fresh notice was issued to the parties. As per office report, the appellant refused to accept notice, however, affixation was made. Respondent Nos.1 to 8, 12 and 13 are stated to have died. Respondent Nos.9, 10 and 11 are stated to be not residing at the given address. Respondent No.14 was proceeded against ex parte vide order dated 28.11.1995. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
