(Oral) By this petition, filed under the provisions of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of 'anticipatory bail', upon FIR No.255, dated 10.12.2020, having been registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under the provisions of Sections 307, 324, 325, 323, 341, 148 and 149 of the IPC.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
