(ORAL) The Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent in the context of paying monetary benefits to the petitioner for the period from 25.01.2012 to 31.10.2020 on account of accumulated earned leave. The said benefit has already been accorded to all other retired employes who have retired prior to the petitioner from the said institution. Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioner has already represented to the respondent on 03.08.2022 but no action has been taken so far.
