This intra Court appeal has been filed assailing interlocutory order dated 25.2.2025 by which a petition filed against the removal and relieving of the appellants/petitioners from the post of Extension Lecturers, has though been entertained and notices have been issued, but nothing has been said on the question of interim relief. 2.

From bare reading of the impugned order, it is obvious that the prayer for interim relief is still pending consideration. 3.

In view of the above, since no effective order has been passed on the question of interim relief, this Court declines interference in the present appeal and extends liberty to the appellants to move the learned Single Judge for deciding the prayer for interim relief made in paragraph No. 9 (vi) of the petition bearing CWP No.5299 of 2025.
