It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted. In case order dated 23.05.2024 is not complied with before the next date of hearing, consequences shall follow."

Today, no one is appearing on behalf of the appellants. Even the previous order dated 23.05.2024 has not been complied with till date as reported by the Registry. It appears that the appellants/LRs of the appellants are no longer interested in pursuing the appeal. 3.

Accordingly, present appeal is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
