**** Harsh Bunger, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of writ directing the respondents to forthwith consider and issue the passport of the petitioner on the basis of application dated 16.10.2024 (Annexure P-9).

In compliance of order dated 08.08.2025, Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali is present in Court through video conferencing. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that requisite police verification report has been received by the Regional Passport Office, Chandigarh and the application moved by the petitioner for issuance of the passport has been processed and final decision will be taken within a period of six weeks.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, the present petition stands disposed of. 5.
