(ORAL) Instant petition is a gross abuse of the process of law, inasmuch, the petitioner is approaching this Court time and again, despite the fact that he has no locus standi and any concern with the managing affairs of Public Education Board, Rewari. It is the job of the administration to look into the alleged embezzlements and misappropriation by the trustees and take appropriate action. It seems that petitioner with some mala fide intention and ulterior motive intends to settle his personal scores illegally. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of instant petition.
