**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that her husband is residing in France. She is being harassed by the private respondents and they are giving regular threatening to the petitioner that they will eliminate her. In this regard, she has submitted a representation dated 09.03.2016 (Annexure P-1) to the S.H.O., Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur (respondent No.3) but no action has been taken thereon.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the S.H.O., Tanda, District Hoshiarpur (respondent No.3) to look into the representation (Annexure P-1), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
