(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.0072 dated 28.02.2005 registered under Sections 323, 342, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (charge framed under Section 308 IPC) at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Heard.

Upon notice, respondent No.2 appeared through his counsel and stated before this Court on 24.05.2017 that no compromise has been effected between the parties.
