(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.0049 dated 18.10.2022, registered under Sections 323, 341, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 308 of IPC added later on) at Police Station Rawalpindi, District Kapurthala and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived at between petitioner and respondents No.4 and 5.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, despite the case being called for the second time in Court today. It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present petition. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
