******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) CM-18372-CII-2017 This is application for deleting name of respondent no. 5Kamaljit Singh, owner of the offending vehicle. Learned counsel for applicant-appellant submits that respondent no. 5-Kamaljit Singh has since expired, leaving behind no legal heirs.

Application is allowed and amended memo of parties is taken on record.

FAO-8-2000 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal has been filed by Insurance Company claiming right to recover the amount of compensation against owner of the offending vehicle. As name of the owner has been deleted from arrays of respondents, claim of appellant no more survives, hence the instant appeal is dismissed.
