This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.100 dated 04.06.2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Mathaur, SAS Nagar, Mohali and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 3.
