(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 03.10.2022. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid fact and submits he has no objection, in case, the present petition is disposed of, as such.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
