Counsel for the petitioner has, however, submits that some of the petitioners have not joined though this fact is disputed by counsel for the respondents that the offer letter was made to all the persons, however, some of them have not joined.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law.
