**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider her case for appointment by counting experience marks.

Pursuant to advertisement dated 19.06.2015 (P-1), the petitioner participated for the post of Multi Health Worker (Female) being dependent of Freedom Fighter, for which the final result has been declared on 18.03.2018 (P-4). In the category of Ex-servicemen, the last candidate who has been selected has secured 71 marks and in the waiting list, the last candidate has secured 70 marks. The petitioner has secured 60 marks in the written examination and her grievance is that she has not been awarded 16 marks for experience, as per experience certificate dated 01.03.2018 (P-2). Even if she will be given 16 marks for experience, she will have a right of appointment if suitable ex servicemen or dependent of ex servicemen are not available. Since selection has already been made to the above post, at this stage, no ground is made out for issuance of direction to the respondent. The petitioner at best can be considered under General category for which cut off was 130 marks. Dismissed.
