Punjab State Electricity Board was impleaded as a party in place of Municipal Corporation, Amritsar vide order dated 31.03.1997. None has put in appearance on behalf of the Punjab State Electricity Board. The respondent also remains unserved.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
