 !"#  $ Report dated 28.07.2015 of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Zira has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Sher Mandhir and the accused persons namely Mamta Sharma, Tejpal and Ved Parkash, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

   In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure counterblast to the matrimonial case, and the offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of serious nature together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in %&'( !&()* + !,',-  .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2  #3$   #2&4&('5$ 36 and %7.58&(1-2 !&()* '(1 ,*-29 + !,',-  .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2  #6$   #2&4&('5$  " the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.174 dated 11.09.2014 registered at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur under Sections 420/120<B IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
