(Oral) A limited prayer has been made in the present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to decide the Civil Appeal No.885 of 2017 titled "Kamal Kishore and Another Vs. Gagan Mittal and Others" filed by the petitioners-herein against the judgment and decree dated 28.07.2017 expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that since 2017 the appeal has been pending and the same is not being heard. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed off with a request to the Court concerned to hear and dispose off the appeal, which is pending since 2017, expeditiously and preferably within a period of 8 months from the date of passing of this order.

Disposed off.
