Versus
Sajjan Singh & Ors ... Respondent(s) CORAM :
HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ALKA SARIN
Present:
None.
ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) 1.
The present is a fully burnt case and the Registry is not able to reconstruct the file. On the previous date of hearing i.e. on 27.05.2024, the learned counsel for the parties were directed to supply a complete copy of the paper book as available with them, however, as per the office report, the same has not been supplied so far. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the parties.
2.
A perusal of the papers put up by the Registry shows that there is nothing to discern even the particulars of the parties. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
