**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 449 dated 10.9.2016 registered at Police Station Sampla, District Rohtak under Sections 307, 498-A, 323, 34 IPC (Section 302 IPC added later on). FIR had been registered on the statement made by the girl who subsequently died. The allegations were that the mother-in-law had sprinkled oil. The petitioner had been arrested on 4.10.2016. Statement of seven witnesses have been recorded. The parents and the sister of the deceased did not support the prosecution version and were turned hostile. The trial will take time.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her furnishing Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2017.07.11 14:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
